Sorry About The Galvanism

Female Flyers

World War II. Avenger Field. Sweetwater, Texas. Two fierce female flyers, one crass and friends with the flask, one elegant but shy,  struggle to find a way to say goodbye to their Women Airforce Service Pilots. They have mentored, instructed, cuddled, scolded these women for four years, to fly planes across America, while male pilots were overseas, fighting for their lives. With the War’s end, the female flyers are no longer needed and are gallingly told to pick male pilots to fly them home.
